Logistics and accommodation

• There is no registration fee.
• The Conference will be held in person in Luxembourg.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
• Public transport in Luxembourg is free of charge.

Accommodation

A limited number of rooms has been pre-reserved at preferential rates with partner hotels for the period 4–7 June 2026, subject to availability. Accommodation costs remain the responsibility of participants. The partner hotels, listed in order of distance from the venue, are:

• Hotel Meliá Luxembourg, 4*: approximately 10 minutes on foot from the venue
• City Hotel Luxembourg, 3*: approximately 20 minutes by public transport
• Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand-Ducal, 5*: approximately 25 minutes by public transport
• Novotel Luxembourg Centre, 4*: approximately 25 minutes by public transport
• DoubleTree by Hilton Luxembourg, 4*: approximately 30 minutes by public transport

Detailed booking instructions and reservation codes will be provided to accepted participants.
